1. Speech Recognition
The employee speaks in their native language. The system detects the spoken language and instantly converts it into text directly on the device – offline and lightning fast.
2. Real-Time Translation
The text is instantly sent to the LYDIA Voice Service Hub, where a translation module converts it into the recipient's target language.
3. Voice Output
The translation is then output audibly in the recipient’s language using Text-to-Speech technology - within a matter of seconds.
